Shipping Policy

1. Order Fulfillment

Orcatech Bio-Peptides processes and fulfills orders within 48 hours of confirmed payment, subject to stock availability and completion of any required eligibility verification. Orders are fulfilled in the sequence in which they are received and confirmed.

Fulfillment timelines are estimates provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Orcatech Bio-Peptides is not liable for fulfillment delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: payment processing delays, eligibility verification requirements, force majeure events, or supply disruptions.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of your order and a separate dispatch notification with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier.

2. Packaging

All research compound orders are shipped in professional, discreet outer packaging with no identifying external branding or product descriptions visible on the exterior of the parcel. This approach is standard practice for research chemical suppliers and is designed to protect the privacy of research institutions and qualified buyers.

Inner packaging is selected to maintain the integrity and stability of research compounds during transit. All compounds are sealed in appropriate vials and secured within the outer packaging to minimize the risk of damage in transit. Each order includes the applicable Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) inside the parcel.

3. Fulfillment Days

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be queued for processing on the next available business day.

Orders received after our daily fulfillment cut-off time on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday. We do not offer weekend fulfillment or dispatch. Where an order is placed on a day immediately preceding an extended holiday period, additional processing time may apply, and we will notify affected customers where possible.

4. Shipment Tracking

Tracking information is provided on every order dispatched by Orcatech Bio-Peptides. A dispatch notification email containing your tracking number and a link to the relevant carrier's tracking portal will be sent to the email address registered to your account at the time of dispatch.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier's system following dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of your expected dispatch date, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.

5. International Shipping

Orcatech Bio-Peptides ships to many international destinations. However, international buyers are solely and entirely responsible for ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction governing the importation, possession, handling, and laboratory use of research compounds.

This responsibility includes, without limitation:

• Verifying that importation of the specific compounds ordered is lawful in your country and jurisdiction prior to placing an order
• Obtaining all required import licenses, permits, customs authorizations, or regulatory approvals
• Paying all applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges, which are entirely the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping charges
• Complying with all local laboratory regulations governing the receipt, storage, and use of research chemical compounds

Orcatech Bio-Peptides is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for, any customs delays, package seizures, import duty charges, or legal consequences arising from the international shipment of our products. Orders held, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities will not be refunded or replaced.

6. Restricted Jurisdictions

Orcatech Bio-Peptides does not ship to jurisdictions where the importation or possession of research compounds of the type we sell is prohibited by applicable law, or where the shipment would violate US export control regulations, including but not limited to countries subject to comprehensive trade sanctions or embargoes administered by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

We reserve the right to refuse to ship to any destination where, in our reasonable judgment, shipment would be unlawful, impractical, or in violation of applicable regulations. Orders placed for delivery to a restricted destination will be cancelled and refunded. If you are uncertain whether your destination is eligible, please contact us prior to placing an order.

7. Carrier Liability and Transit Risk

Once an order has been dispatched from our facility and handed to the shipping carrier, Orcatech Bio-Peptides assumes no responsibility for delays, loss, damage, or any other adverse event occurring during transit. Shipping carriers are independent third-party service providers, and their handling of parcels is entirely outside our control.

Risk of loss and title to all products transfers to the buyer at the point of handoff to the carrier. This transfer occurs at the time of dispatch and is evidenced by the generation of a tracking number.

Transit delays caused by carrier operations, weather, customs processing, or any other external factor are not the responsibility of Orcatech Bio-Peptides and do not entitle the buyer to a refund, replacement, or compensation of any kind from us. Buyers who wish to insure their shipments against transit risk are solely responsible for arranging and funding such insurance independently.

8. Lost Packages

Orcatech Bio-Peptides is not liable for packages that are lost in transit. Once a parcel has been dispatched and a tracking number generated, transit responsibility rests with the carrier. We do not issue refunds or replacements for parcels confirmed as dispatched and transferred to the carrier.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we are committed to supporting our customers and will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving transit issues. If your order has not been received within the expected delivery timeframe as indicated by your tracking information, please contact us with your order number and we will:

• Initiate a formal investigation with the carrier on your behalf
• Provide all available tracking and dispatch documentation to support any carrier claim
• Work with you in good faith to identify an appropriate resolution where the carrier investigation confirms the parcel was lost

Any resolution offered is at the sole discretion of Orcatech Bio-Peptides and does not constitute an admission of liability. Lost package claims must be reported within 14 calendar days of the expected delivery date.

9. Damaged Packages

Orcatech Bio-Peptides is not responsible for damage to packages or their contents occurring during transit. All orders are packaged to a professional standard at the point of dispatch; any damage occurring thereafter is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please take the following steps:

• Do not discard the outer or inner packaging, as this may be required for a carrier damage claim
• Photograph the outer packaging damage, the inner packaging, and any affected product vials before opening or disturbing the contents further
• Contact us at orcatechbio.com/contact/ within 48 hours of confirmed delivery, providing your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage

Upon receipt of a timely damage report with adequate photographic documentation, we will review the situation and work with you to reach a fair resolution. Damage claims submitted more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery, or without adequate photographic evidence, will not be considered. Any resolution is offered in good faith and at our sole discretion.

10. Address Errors

The buyer is solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and correctly formatted shipping information at the time of checkout. Orcatech Bio-Peptides fulfills orders to the shipping address provided and confirmed at the point of order placement. We do not independently verify the accuracy of shipping addresses provided by buyers.

Orcatech Bio-Peptides is not liable for non-delivery, misdelivery, or return of parcels caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided at checkout. Orders that are undeliverable due to address errors and are returned to us may, at our discretion, be re-shipped to a corrected address upon payment of additional shipping charges. We do not issue refunds for orders that are undeliverable due to buyer-provided address errors.

If you identify an address error after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address prior to dispatch, but cannot guarantee that an address amendment will be possible once an order has entered the fulfillment process.

11. Research Use Notice

All products shipped by Orcatech Bio-Peptides are strictly for in vitro laboratory and scientific research use only. They are not for human consumption, veterinary use, clinical application, or any purpose outside of qualified in vitro laboratory research conducted by trained personnel in licensed facilities.

Our products are not approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). By accepting delivery of an Orcatech Bio-Peptides order, you reaffirm your commitment to use all received compounds solely for lawful in vitro scientific research in full compliance with our Terms of Service, Compliance Statement, and all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
